Our shipping process involves careful consideration of packaging materials and box configuration to ensure the preservation of product quality while minimizing shipping costs.

1. Efficient Box Configuration:

To optimize shipping costs and reduce environmental impact, we have designed a box configuration that accommodates 5 frozen entrees per box. This not only maximizes the use of space within each shipment but also helps in lowering transportation expenses, ultimately translating to savings for you.

2. Sustainable Box Liners:

Our commitment to sustainability is evident in the use of eco-friendly box liners. These liners are made from biodegradable and compostable materials, ensuring that they have minimal impact on the environment. They provide excellent insulation throughout the shipping process.

Once the foam and film are separated, you’re able to dispose in two ways!

Green Cell Foam dissolves in water in just 60 seconds— put small pieces in the sink. and watch it “melt” safely down the drain; it even decomposes in seawater and freshwater!

Green Cell Foam is BPI-certified compostable in any commercial compost facility.

Ordering & Payment
All standard orders are placed through our website and processed securely through Stripe. Catering and flight catering orders are invoiced separately through QuickBooks. Orders are confirmed once payment has been received. Please ensure all information entered at checkout or on your invoice is accurate.

Meal Preparation & Fulfillment
Orders Up Delivery operates out of Bozeman, Montana.

  • Local Fresh Meal Subscriptions: Freshly made each week for pickup only at our Bozeman kitchen.

  • Shipped Meal Boxes: Chef-prepared meals, flash-frozen for freshness, shipped nationwide within 48 hours.

  • Catering & Flight Catering: Freshly prepared and customized per event or client.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Local Fresh Meal Subscriptions: Because billing occurs one week in advance, cancellations must be made at least one week prior to your next scheduled pickup. Once your payment has been processed and preparation begins, the order cannot be refunded.

  • Shipped Meal Boxes: Non-refundable after shipping. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours and we’ll make it right.

  • Catering & Flight Catering: Cancellations must be made at least one week before pickup or delivery for a full refund. Within one week, cancellations are at the discretion of our catering department. If ingredients have already been purchased or preparation has started, partial or full charges may apply.

  • Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method or QuickBooks invoice.

Subscriptions
Weekly meal subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle. You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription anytime at least one week before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for the following week’s order.

Food & Allergens
Our kitchen handles common allergens, including nuts, dairy, soy, wheat, and shellfish. We take precautions, but cross-contamination may occur. Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before consuming.

Liability & Governing Law
Orders Up Delivery LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, weather-related issues, or damages beyond our control. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana.
